Employment consulting rooted in how German hiring rooms work
Api Management began as a small Berlin practice helping internationally mobile and locally based candidates rehearse for Vorstellungsgespräche that feel more structured — and less theatrical — than interviews elsewhere.
Why we focus on interview preparation
German hiring processes reward candidates who can present a tidy career timeline, answer Fachfragen with evidence, and collaborate under observation in assessment centers. Generic confidence coaching rarely covers those mechanics.
We stay close to the concrete: Lebenslauf conventions, panel etiquette, AC observer grids, and the quieter tone of many Vergütungsgespräche. Our office in Wedding is a working base for in-person rehearsals; most clients join by video from across Germany and abroad.

Sessions are conversational but structured. You bring the posting and your materials; we bring question banks shaped by sector patterns we see repeatedly — industrial Mittelstand, public-sector adjacent roles, and professional services panels among them.
We do not place candidates into jobs or promise outcomes. We prepare you for the conversations you already have booked.
