Refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to paid consultations with Api Management for interview preparation for German hiring processes — including mock interviews, dossier reviews, assessment center walkthroughs, and offer conversation coaching.

Eligibility for a full refund

You may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed session start and no substantial preparatory work has been delivered (for example, annotated documents already returned).

Partial refunds

Cancellations between 48 and 12 hours before the session may receive a 50% refund of the session fee. If we have already completed a document review portion of a combined booking, that portion is deducted from any refund at the listed rate.

Non-refundable items

• Sessions completed as scheduled.
• Written feedback or annotated dossiers already sent to you.
• Administrative card or transfer fees charged by your bank (outside our control).

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without charge when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the timelines above. We will offer a new slot within fourteen days where calendars allow.

No-shows

If you miss a confirmed session without notice, the fee is forfeited. We may, at our discretion, offer a shortened makeup slot if you contact us the same day.

Work already started

For dossier reviews, once annotations are underway after we confirm receipt of your files, cancellation converts to a partial refund reflecting work completed.

Deposits

In-person bookings at our Wedding address may require a deposit. Deposits are applied to the session fee. They are refundable under the same timelines as full session cancellations.

Refund process and timing

Email info@api-management.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method where possible.

Our cancellations

If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. We are not responsible for travel costs you incur for in-person visits unless required by mandatory law.
