By using this website or booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

Services described

Content on this site describes coaching and document-review consultations. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a session in writing (including email) and agree scope, fee, and timing.

No placement guarantee

We provide preparation support. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, salary outcomes, or visa results. We are not a recruitment agency and do not act as your legal representative.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branding belong to Api Management unless otherwise credited. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Materials we prepare specifically for you during a paid consultation may be used by you for your personal job search.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and information you provide, for attending sessions on time, and for decisions you make with employers. Coaching suggestions are guidance, not instructions to misrepresent experience.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Api Management is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from hiring outcomes following consultations. Our aggregate liability for a booked consultation is limited to the fees paid for that consultation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Forms on this site use a mock submission endpoint for demonstration; confirmed bookings are finalized by email or phone follow-up.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Berlin shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your place of residence.
